Application for registration.—Every platform aggregator carrying on the engagement of gig workers shall make an application for registration to the Registering Officer in Form III, within forty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees and a statement of every standing order held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
