Intimation of change.—Every owner of a tractor plying for hire shall intimate to the District Panchayat, in Form 6 and within sixty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the District Panchayat shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two thousand rupees.
