Records to be maintained.—Every authorised user of a geographical indication shall maintain, in Form 5, a record of the use of a geographical indication showing the particulars of every work received, held and disposed of, shall make every entry in the record within three hundred and sixty-five days of the transaction to which it relates, and shall preserve the record for a period of five years from the date of the last entry.
