Conditions of registration.—Every operator of a slaughter house shall carry on the running of a slaughter house only at the premises specified in the certificate of registration, shall keep every stock of foodgrains in his possession in a safe and proper manner and separately from anything of a different description, shall produce every such stock of foodgrains for inspection on request by the Food Safety Supervisor, and shall not part with the certificate of registration to any other person.
