Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the inamdar shall apply to the State Government in Form 14 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees, and the State Government shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ninety days of the application.
