Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the owner of a tube well shall apply to the Dam Safety Authority in Form B for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees, and the Dam Safety Authority shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within sixty days of the application.
