Application for registration.—Every owner of a tube well carrying on the sinking of a tube well shall make an application for registration to the Dam Safety Authority in Form C, within thirty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees and a statement of every dam held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
