Intimation of change.—Every occupant of public premises shall intimate to the District Registrar, in Form 2 and within three hundred and sixty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the District Registrar shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one hundred rupees.
