Application for registration.—Every occupant of public premises carrying on the occupation of public premises shall make an application for registration to the District Registrar in Form 5, within thirty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees and a statement of every award held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for one hundred and eighty days from that date.
