Intimation of change.—Every publisher of books shall intimate to the Press Registrar, in Form VI and within seven days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Press Registrar shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.
