Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the publisher of books shall apply to the Press Registrar in Form I for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees, and the Press Registrar shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within seven days of the application.
