Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any air cargo agent dies, his legal representative shall, within fifteen days of the death, intimate the death to the Government of Rajasthan in Form CA-2, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every remotely piloted aircraft then held; and the Government of Rajasthan shall enter the intimation in the register within seven days of its receipt.
