Application for registration.—Every air cargo agent carrying on the booking of cargo for carriage by air shall make an application for registration to the Government of Rajasthan in Form CA-2, within forty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one lakh rupees and a statement of every remotely piloted aircraft held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fourteen days from that date.
