Intimation of change.—Every user of water shall intimate to the River Basin Authority, in Form H and within sixty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the River Basin Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees.
