Application for registration.—Every property manager carrying on the management of property on behalf of an owner shall make an application for registration to the Registrar of Co-operative Housing Societies in Form B, within forty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees and a statement of every possession letter held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
