Application for registration.—Every contractor for solid waste collection carrying on the collection of solid waste shall make an application for registration to the Development Authority in Form D, within ninety days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees and a statement of every building held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
