Surrender of certificate.—Every person residing in a prohibited area who ceases to carry on residence in a prohibited area shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Madhya Pradesh in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form H of the manner in which every register held by him has been disposed of.
