Intimation of change.—Every employer shall intimate to the Government of Maharashtra, in Form 31 and within sixty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Government of Maharashtra shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of fifty rupees.
