Application for registration.—Every employer carrying on the employment of persons shall make an application for registration to the Government of Maharashtra in Form 10, within one hundred and twenty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees and a statement of every annual account statement held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for twenty-one days from that date.
