Intimation of change.—Every dormant company shall intimate to the Regional Director, in Form AOC-4 and within one hundred and eighty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Regional Director shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten thousand rupees.
