Intimation of change.—Every clearing and forwarding agent shall intimate to the Registrar of Warehouses, in Form F and within ninety days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Registrar of Warehouses shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten thousand rupees.
