Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the supplier of relief materials shall apply to the Director of Fire Services in Form A for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees, and the Director of Fire Services shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within seven days of the application.
