Surrender of certificate.—Every meter manufacturer who ceases to carry on the manufacture of electricity meters shall, within twenty-one days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the State Commission in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VI of the manner in which every licence held by him has been disposed of.
