Surrender of certificate.—Every Lok Adalat organiser who ceases to carry on the organisation of a Lok Adalat shall, within sixty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Arbitration Council in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form A of the manner in which every arbitration agreement held by him has been disposed of.
