Surrender of certificate.—Every manufacturer who ceases to carry on the manufacture of drugs shall, within twenty-one days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Drugs Controller in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 29 of the manner in which every record held by him has been disposed of.
