Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the adventure sports operator shall apply to the Agency in Form H for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees, and the Agency shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within twenty-one days of the application.
