Safe custody.—Every owner of a motor transport undertaking shall keep every register of wages to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the running of a motor transport undertaking is carried on, shall record in Form II the description of every register of wages so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the appropriate Government within ten days of the close of each year.
