Intimation of change.—Every private body funded by a public authority shall intimate to the State Information Commission, in Form B and within one hundred and twenty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the State Information Commission shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five hundred rupees.
