Application for registration.—Every keeper of a village shop carrying on the keeping of a village shop shall make an application for registration to the Zila Parishad in Form 7, within fourteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees and a statement of every ferry held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
