Forms.—The forms specified in the Schedule shall be used for the purposes for which they are so specified, and where no form is specified for any purpose, an application, return or intimation which contains the particulars these rules require shall be sufficient; Form VIII and Form II shall be supplied by the District Child Protection Unit on payment of a fee of ten rupees, and a form so supplied shall bear the date on which it was supplied and shall be used within twenty-one days of that date.
