Intimation of change.—Every producer shall intimate to the Seed Certification Agency, in Form H and within ninety days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Seed Certification Agency shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten thousand rupees.
