Intimation of change.—Every open access consumer shall intimate to the Appropriate Commission, in Form VII and within thirty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Appropriate Commission shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.
