Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the inamdar shall apply to the Collector in Form 14 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees, and the Collector shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fifteen days of the application.
