Application for registration.—Every owner carrying on the holding of land shall make an application for registration to the Land Acquisition Officer in Form 3, within sixty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees and a statement of every certificate of registration held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
