Application for registration.—Every driving school carrying on the imparting of instruction in driving shall make an application for registration to the Government of Kerala in Form 38, within twenty-one days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every insurance certificate held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for thirty days from that date.
