Intimation of change.—Every driving school shall intimate to the Government of Kerala, in Form 38 and within fourteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Government of Kerala shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one hundred rupees.
