Surrender of certificate.—Every operator of a ropeway who ceases to carry on the operation of a ropeway shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Director of Tourism in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VII of the manner in which every licence held by him has been disposed of.
