Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the operator of a ropeway shall apply to the Director of Tourism in Form VI for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two thousand five hundred rupees, and the Director of Tourism shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
