Surrender of certificate.—Every home-based worker who ceases to carry on home-based work for wages shall, within twenty-one days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Regional Board in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 2 of the manner in which every claim held by him has been disposed of.
