Rule 21, Himachal Pradesh Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (Manner of Application) Rules, 2012 [S97-CE2]

Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the contractor engaged in a mine shall apply to the Mining Tribunal in Form J for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees, and the Mining Tribunal shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
