Application for registration.—Every operator of an early warning system carrying on the operation of an early warning system shall make an application for registration to the State Executive Committee in Form D, within fourteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every hazard map held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for one day from that date.
