Conditions of registration.—Every operator of a private security service in a cantonment shall carry on the provision of security services in a cantonment only at the premises specified in the certificate of registration, shall keep every defence work in his possession in a safe and proper manner and separately from anything of a different description, shall produce every such defence work for inspection on request by the Cantonment Executive Officer, and shall not part with the certificate of registration to any other person.
