Safe custody.—Every operator of a private security service in a cantonment shall keep every register to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the provision of security services in a cantonment is carried on, shall record in Form C the description of every register so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the General Officer Commanding-in-Chief within seven days of the close of each year.
