Maintenance of premises.—Every operator of a private security service in a cantonment shall keep the premises where the provision of security services in a cantonment is carried on in a clean and orderly condition, shall provide for every pass kept there a place set apart for its safe keeping, shall not use the premises for any purpose incompatible with the provision of security services in a cantonment, and shall furnish to the General Officer Commanding-in-Chief in Form E, within forty-five days of the commencement of these rules, a plan of the premises showing the place so set apart.
