Authorised agent.—Any operator of a private security service in a cantonment may authorise, in writing, an agent to make applications, furnish returns and receive notices on his behalf under these rules, shall intimate to the General Officer Commanding-in-Chief in Form E the name and address of the agent within twenty-one days of the authorisation, and shall intimate the revocation of the authorisation within thirty days of the revocation.
