Production of records.—Every operator of a private security service in a cantonment shall, on request by the Cantonment Executive Officer, produce the certificate of registration and the records maintained under these rules for inspection at the premises where the provision of security services in a cantonment is carried on, and shall furnish with them a written statement explaining every entry in the record which relates to any defence work not held at those premises.
