Periodical return.—Every licensed surveyor carrying on the survey of land shall furnish to the Board of Revenue, within seven days of the close of each year, a return in Form 3 of every mutation received, held and disposed of during that year, and shall preserve a copy of the return for one hundred and eighty days from the date on which it is furnished.
