Intimation of change.—Every factor shall intimate to the Banking Ombudsman, in Form A and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Banking Ombudsman shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.
