Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any factor dies, his legal representative shall, within sixty days of the death, intimate the death to the Banking Ombudsman in Form E, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every passbook then held; and the Banking Ombudsman shall enter the intimation in the register within forty-five days of its receipt.
