Surrender of certificate.—Every factor who ceases to carry on the business of factoring shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Banking Ombudsman in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form H of the manner in which every statement of account held by him has been disposed of.
